It all started when Brandon and his grandparents would regularly visit a pizzeria on Saturday’s after 5pm mass and Brandon started folding pizza boxes and making the pizza for his family.  The same owners of that pizzeria started a catering company which Brandon worked at for years while growing up. They would become lifelong friends of Brandon and his family.  After a 20-year hiatus Brandon started his own catering company and brings the same pride and great tasting food from his kitchen to yours, with the help of his wife of over 10 years Linzi and little chef Alden.
